Marriage contract between Bibi Baygum Khanum and Haji Baba, 1897
Marriage contract between Bibi Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Sayyid Riza, and Haji Baba, the son of Abu al-Hadi Nasr Abadi, dated October 25, 1897. The mahr is a mirror, 10 tumans for the price of a chest, some copperware, a carpet, some clothing, one sixth of a house, and an orchard. The bridegroom's father gave the mahr (short five tumans) to the bride.

Marriage contract between Gawhar Khanum and Mirza Mahmud, 1887
Marriage contract between Gawhar Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Mahmud, the son of Muhammad Sadiq, dated December 1st, 1887. The mahr is a Qurʼan worth two tumans, a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan worth 5 tumans, a carpet, a kilim worth 10 tumans, and three sixths of the properties inherited by the bridegroom. A note on the verso reads: "the record of Nanah Gawhar (the mother of our mother, Sakinah Khatun)'s mahr."

Marriage contract between Kubra Khanum and Taqi Khan, 1925
Marriage contract between Kubra Khanum, the daughter of Hamzah ʻAli Bayg, and Taqi Khan (who works in municipality), the son of Yusuf Khan Tabrizi, dated May 2, 1925. The mahr is 130 tumans, of which the bride received 50 tumans and the Qurʼan and 80 tumans were charged to the bridegroom, a Qurʼan worth 5 tumans, a mirror, and a crystal base.

Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, 1854
Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum, the daughter of Aqa ʻAli, and Muhammad Sadiq, the son of Mirza Husayn, on June 23, 1854. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including a rug and a pair of felt rugs, a qalamkar bed covering, parts of some gardens and one sixth of a dyer's shop. These properties were part of the bridegroom's mother's mahr but went on to be included in the bride's mahr. Marriage contract of Baygum Jan, daughter of ‘Ali Quli Bayg, and Mulla ‘Abd Allah, son of Mulla Husayn. The mahr is eleven tumans: five tumans for a qalamkar bedding; five tumans for a rug, a kilim, and a felt; one tuman remains groom's debt.

Marriage contract of Bibi Khanum, daughter of Nazar ‘Ali (son of Haj Muhammad Husayn), and ‘Abbas ‘Ali, son of Muhammad Isma‘il (son of Muhammad Rahim [illegible]). The mahr is one hundred and seventy-six tumans and two thousand dinars. The groom gave sixty tumans of the mahr to the bride for buying a pair of gold earrings, some women's clothes, and some housewares including copperware, dishes, bathing towels, bedding, and [illegible]. Marriage contract of Gawhar Shad Khanum, daughter of Khabir al-Saltanah [and Aqdas al-Muluk Mu‘izzi], and Mirza ‘Ali Akbar Khan Nazm al-Dawlah, son of Mirza Muhammad Khan Majd al-Saltanah [and Iqlima ‘Adl]. Mahr was a Qur’an, thirty five hundred tumans (eight hundred tumans of which has been paid), two brilliant diamond rings, a pair of lamps, and a mirror.

Marriage contract of Gawhar Sultan Khanum, daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sartip [brigadier] (Sa‘d al-Dawlah), and Ghulam Husayn Khan Yavar, son of Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Sulayman Khan Sartip; mahr is three tumans and one thousand five hundred dinars, gold, copperware, two carpets, six healthy male and female slaves, and properties including farms, houses, and gardens. Sulayman Khan has transferred the above properties to his son, Ghulam Husayn Khan.

Marriage contract of Gawhar al-Saltanah and Fath‘ali Vaziri, 1918
Marriage contract of Narjis Khanum, known as Gawhar al-Saltanah, the daughter of Shahzadah Mubashshir al-Sultan, and Sultan Fath‘ali Khan [Vaziri], the son of [Bibi Khanum Astarabadi and] Musa Khan Mirpanjah [Vaziri]. The mahr is 750 tumans, a Qurʼan (worth 10 tumans), a mirror, and two lamps. Of this, the bride received 250 tumans, the mirror, and the lamps, while the remaining 500 tumans adn the 10 tumans (the value of the Qurʼan) were charged to the groom.
